WARRANTY
SIA “GROLLO” has been producing shower enclosures, shower doors, shower walls, bath walls, interior mirrors and LED mirrors since 1994. STIKLA SERVISS factory is located in Latvia, European Union. Products are made of quality materials and meet EU standards. Properly cared for, they last for many years, so GROLLO provides a two-year warranty for its products.
Warranty conditions:
- GROLLO guarantes that its shower enclosures, shower doors, shower walls and LED mirrors (Products) – are fully functional and they will not change shape and color, will not peel of coating, they will not form cracks (Defects):
- two years from the date of the purchase, regardless of the date of the installation, if the Product is used in a domestic environment;
- a year from the date of purchase if thr Product is used in commercial or public facility (for example, restaurants, officies, educational institutions, hotels, apartments, or sports complexes, etc.)
- GROLLO grants:
- ten-year warranty for shower enclosure glass parts, if the product has been installed by GROLLO authorized representative;
- five-year warranty for engraved and printed design on the glass;
- two-year warranty for Product metal parts, metal profiles;
- one year warranty for magnetic seals, gaskets and seals.
- If a Defect is found in the Product under terms and conditions of this warranty after proper inspections the Product will be repaired or replaced. The Product substitute will be the same characteristics (material, dimensions, color, etc.) for the original Product, unless this is not possible due to the cessation of production, in which case GROLLO will replace it with a Product with similar characteristics.
- GROLLO warranty is void:
- if the Product has been demaged by third parties or the Owner during transportation, installation, maintenance or repair (exept in cases where the installation, maintenance or repair is performed by person authorized by GROLLO);
- if the Product has been intentionally or unintentionally damaged by the Owner due to improper storage or use of the Product (for example, exposure to natural conditions; exposure to chemical and mechanical damage, etc.);
- if the Product has been arbitrarily modified in any way;
- if the Owner has not followed the instructions in the installation and operating instructions;
- if the Defects are caused by external factors beyond the control of GROLLO (eg poor water quality; lightning; mains failure; fire; flood; earthquake, etc.).
- GROLLO warranty does not apply to:
- Natural wear and tear of the Product (eg Product wear of fittings and profile sufaces, scratches, dents, discoloration of sola UV radioation, natural wear of moving parts of fittings, wear of magnetic seals, gaskets and seals, etc.);
- GROLLO recommends entrusting the installationof the Product to authorized representative of GROLLO or another professional plumbing service provider.
- GROLLO reserves the right to make minor changes to the appearance and construction of the Product.
- When applying for the GROLLO warranty, the buyer must present valid proof of ptchase (receipt or invoice).
- All transportation and installation costs associated with the replacement of the Product under this warranty shall be borne by the Owner.
- By purchasing the Product, the Owner agrees that GROLLO shall not be liable for the amount of damage exceeding the amount indicated in the original invoice and/or recept of the Product. GROLLO shall not be be liable for damages not covered by this warranty:
- including, but not limited to liability for the owner of a Product that is not available for use, lost profits, business losses, inconvenience, or moral suffering;
- indirect and consequential damages or penalties related to damage to the Product from third parties.
