CUSTOM MADE ENCLOSURES
GROLLO offers to produce custom size shower enclosures, shower doors, or shower walls directly adapted to clients demands. GROLLO offers custom-made solutions for any type of shower enclosures: shower enclosures in attic rooms, sauna rooms, bathrooms with partitions, shower enclosures on a bathtub, shower enclosures with cut-outs on different floor levels, with slant, four wall glasses shower enclosures, shower enclosures fitted in small spaced bathrooms and more!

OPTIONS
For non-standard sizes, changing height up to 2100 mm, a 15% surcharge applies. A 15% surcharge applies if changing the width of the door up to 900 mm.
Several GROLLO shower door models can be installed in both directions LEFT or RIGHT. Anyway, GROLLO strongly recommends specifying the direction of the door’s opening before placing an order – LEFT or RIGHT.
RIGHT – The door hinges are on the right side of the door leaf.
LEFT – The door hinges are on the left side of the door leaf.
Sliding doors – It is recommended to attach the drawing or picture of the sliding door position.
GROLLO GLASS SHIELD Nano-coating – can be applied as an extra option for any glass type shower products.

Shower wall adjustment profile.
It is much easier to install shower walls or shower enclosures on uneven walls with an adjustable profile. Adjustment profile allows compensating the wall irregularity up to 10mm. It is possible to increase the standard shower wall width to 20mm with a help of an adjustable profile. Now shower products with an adjustable profile can be mounted on the edge of the ceramic tiles themselves.
IMPORTANT! The GROLLO shower enclosures can be installed on the shower tray (standard dimensions) or directly on the floor.
There are three different options for installing the product on the floor:
C – External dimensions of shower enclosure is on the edge of the tile line
C1 – The center of the shower enclosure is on the edge of the tile line
C2 – Internal dimensions of the shower the enclosure is on the edge of the tile line

Individual glass design. Glass can be processed in many different ways. GROLLO as glass processing experts with more than 26 years of experience in this field offers to the clients the widest range of glass designs processed and applied by various technological methods.

HINGES
PAULI PREMIUM hinges – for demanding customers. GROLLO products (GRETA, JESSICA, FARFALLA PLUS, PAOLA) are equipped with TOP quality Pauli & Sohn company hinges. GROLLO custom made shower doors can be equipped with Pauli & Sohn hinges at the customers` request.
For easier care. Some of GROLLO shower doors are equipped with special concealed lift hinges (LINDA, KRISTIN PLUS, LAILA PLUS). The door leaf surface from inside is flat, smooth, and easy to maintain.

Some useful tips to help you choose the right GROLLO shower
What kind of GROLLO shower are You looking for? Shower enclosure, shower door in niche, WALK IN shower wall or a bath screen?
Where the shower will be installed, on the shower tray or straight on the floor tyles? What will be the position of shower if it will be installed on tyles – outside, centered, inside?
Do you want 6mm, 8mm or 10mm glass? 8 mm is generally the standard for most of GROLLO showers.
Do you want Clear glass, Extra clear glass, matted glass, mirror glass or perhaps a 8mm Grey or Bronze Tinted or some other glass from GROLLO sortiment?
Do you require a single door, door and fixed wall panel set, or even three or more panel set?
What height and width do you want the shower door to be? Standard is 2m for GROLLO showers but shower doors can be produced up to 2,5m and even higher.
What height and width do you want fixed shower walls of the enclosure to be? Glass panels can be produced up to 3,2m height.
Will the fixed shower walls be secured with U Channel, glass clamps, support bars or a combination?
Will Your shower enclosure or shower door be equipped with magnetic sealants and PVC sealants (always included as standard) for better hydroisolation? Max height for GROLLO shower enclosures equipped with the magnetic sealants can be produced up to 2,5m.
Do you want offset, mono lift, inline, a pivot or bi-fold hinges for a shower door?
Do you want a door knob, pull handle, cut out in glass or another method of opening the door?
What finish do you want the shower components? Chrome, stainless steel, RAL colored, Golden?
Do you require an GROLLO GLASS SHIELD nano coating on the glass for better glass resistance and easier cleaning in everyday use?
